Hey there. I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step into writing the next chapters of your life. I’m interested in your story and what your overall story will look like, because life is like one big book and believe it or not, we actually do have some part to do with what's written in it.
Via my Mentoring Programmes I support clients to begin writing the next chapters of their lives ‘hypothetically speaking’, and begin living life unapologetically and actualising what they have only been dreaming of up until NOW!

Passion

I have such a great passion to support others and believe it is what I was born to do. My own life experiences have caused me to know that sometimes we need others to overcome some of our greatest fears and move into greatness. I also know that it can be tough to change your mindset especially the thoughts you have of your very own self.

My mentoring journey began over a decade ago working with some of the hardest to reach young people and adults. Over the last 6 years I have worked with corporate and charity sector clients to change dynamics, create initiatives for personal development and overall to affect change in the lives of stakeholders and professionals via hard hitting and out of the box training and talks.

My mentees have gone on to open creative agencies, one has become the Head of Hospitality at Tottenham Hotspurs, another launched their dream International Wedding company and beyond. You can read some of their journey’s here

Throughout the mentoring journey, I have identified that often people's greatest nemesis is their own perception of themselves. As a professional and entrepreneur myself, I’ve had to tackle many stumbling blocks in order to overcome and move into my purpose and begin to live an abundant life!

Coming from humble beginnings, at times there were a lack of motivating, encouraging role models around me, to advise me along the right path, illuminate my drive and motivation and simply tell me to “keep going” through any mishaps that try to deter you off your golden path.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Lennina for over a decade and over those 10 years have developed a professional relationship with her yet she has also become a friend. Her kind, caring and naturally upbeat/positive mentality has guided me through several tough or challenging moments in my life. At the tender age of 18 I was young, ambitious and of course thought I knew everything… when in reality I knew nothing but was blessed to meet Lennina at a workshop… since that day she has always been a mentor and a friend. Her ambition and belief in me and all young people is incredible and inspiring.

For a number of years, I had been wanting to start my own business as a Wedding Planner, but never really knew where to start or had the confidence to go for it.

I met Lennina a number of years ago and throughout the years she has always encouraged me to do my business. I would find any excuse as to why I can't do it but Lennina never gave up on me.
