I have had the pleasure of knowing Lennina for over a decade and over those 10 years have developed a professional relationship with her yet she has also become a friend. Her kind, caring and naturally upbeat/positive mentality has guided me through several tough or challenging moments in my life. At the tender age of 18 I was young, ambitious and of course thought I knew everything… when in reality I knew nothing but was blessed to meet Lennina at a workshop… since that day she has always been a mentor and a friend. Her ambition and belief in me and all young people is incredible and inspiring.

She held out a hand and offered me opportunities… when others saw me as a brash, over confident teenager… Lennina saw a bold, driven young lady.

As mentioned above Lennina offered me many opportunities to work at her side… She treats you with such respect and looking back I can recognise now how she squeezed the best out of me in every way.

Lennina pushes you and shows you that everything is possible and I honestly stand here now and can reflect on how her guidance and belief has shaped my journey.

Have been a high earner and head of department since the age of 22.

I now have my own company N’Dulge Hospitality at the age of 28 and even still during my company mobilisation would contact Lennina and ask for advice. Lennina has never missed a call… she takes time, processes your problem and is always completely honest. Never have I come away from our conversation without a solution or many solutions to my problems.

I feel blessed to have her in my life and I know her advice is always a phone call away… which I know is not only the case for me Lennina has helped 100’s of children, young adults and adults over the decade that I have known her. Lennina… Thank you
