As a transformation consultant I think outside of the box and that's where the magic happens. No more boring training days or same old same old strategies. I have a highly creative and analytical mind, which aids in providing comprehensive and implementation consulting services for SME’s, not for profits, corporations and government agencies. Utilizing my career experience and business acumen, amalgamated with my creative training and academia, I support my clients to look at their ideas and business through a different lens.
I am passionate about affecting change and supporting clients whose aim to help young people and adults to start a new chapter, reaching their full potential via personal development, strategic programming, preventative and intervention works. I work with clients in a variety of ways, for example to develop programmes and initiatives, to undertake in depth research, to offer interactive and training in engagement of hard to reach groups through to delivering creative team building sessions.
With experience in designing alternative sentencing programmes, rehabilitation programmes, personal development and prevention and intervention programmes for the hardest to reach youth and young adults, I bring not only a great transferable network yet demonstrable working knowledge.
I undertake robust research on key fields including Social Care, Youth and Criminal Justice, the arts, transformation methodologies. My research and data analysis is crucial for specific clients and different stages of their business, yet often is the supporting information for parts of their tenders, their change management, core programming or business model.
