As a Transformation Consultant I think outside of the box and that's where the magic happens. No more boring training days or same old same old strategies. And one of my secret weapons is that I’m also a storyteller utilising the arts and storytelling as a methodology for change and transformation!

I have a highly creative and analytical mind, which aids in providing comprehensive and implementation consulting services for SME’s, not for profits, corporations and government agencies.

I am passionate about affecting change and supporting clients whose aim is to help young people and adults to start a new chapter, reaching their full potential, widening participation via personal development, strategic programming, preventative and intervention works.

Utilising my career experience and business acumen, amalgamated with my creative abilities i.e. storytelling, arts programme and project design, I support my clients to look at their ideas and business through a different lens. From empowering teams, brainstorming new initiatives through to developing programmes with multiple partners and tendering, creating fundraising campaigns, I can offer a shift in concept, help you to reach new client groups, and/or tackle stumbling blocks.

I have worked with Lennina on social impact fundraising projects, diversity training/inclusion, and building employment opportunities for young people. Her background lends incredibly well to the work she does and she is living proof of what is possible. She is a highly skilled orator and storyteller who has engaged well within our creative community. We have enjoyed having Lennina consult with Arts Alliance/Garden Studios on various projects and look forward to supporting her work in the future.

I work with clients in a variety of ways, for example to develop programmes and initiatives, to undertake in depth research using innovative research methodologies such as narrative ethnography, to offer interactive and informative training in engagement of hard to reach groups through to delivering creative team building sessions.

With over a decade of experience in designing rehabilitation and employability initiatives, prevention and intervention programmes, I bring with me not only a multi faceted transferable network yet demonstrable proven working knowledge.

Lennina presented at Barnardo’s ‘Festival of Learning’ in 2023 to an audience of over 100. She shared her insights and experiences of working with children and young people using creative storytelling techniques. Lennina was also invited to be our after dinner speaker and shared her personal and professional journey. The feedback from the Barnardo’s crowd was fantastic-they found Lennina’s engaging and authentic voice utterly compelling and immensely powerful. On a more personal note I really enjoyed working with Lennina. She was a professional and really delightful colleague to work with and hope we find opportunities for collaboration in the future!
